New Canadians are a vital and beautiful building block for our community - both culturally and economically. The Learning Enrichment Foundation (LEF) recognized this almost 30 years ago, and has been working to welcome and serve this community since then. Working with many different local organizations, as well as government departments, LEF provides a wide range of services and experiences to members of the community.
